PL Remote product design
Social workers supporting elderly residents during Covid lockdowns faced a basic but critical challenge: carrying multiple remotes for different gates. PL Remote turned that problem into a streamlined mobile experience. The new app eliminates the need for hardware, allowing users to connect, manage, and operate multiple gates directly from their phone.

Mapping workflows clarified the critical paths and dependencies — aligning the team early and ensuring the experience was designed around real user needs.
We explored the product's core experience through an iterative wireframing process. Starting with quick low-fidelity sketches and moving into polished high-fidelity screens.
